What is this registration process all about?

You can register yourself to be a user of KronoLog by filling out and submitting this form. Only registered users are allowed to download this free 30 day trial program. Choose a username for yourself (such as your last name) and a private password.  Enter your password again in order to ensure that there were no typing errors.  Finally, submit an email address that we can use to provide you with updates and ongoing information.   The information that you provide here will be kept in a registration database that is accessible only to Whistling Cow and will be kept confidential in accordance with the following privacy policy.

Whistling Cow is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, Whistling Cow has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that it acquires in the course of its business:

We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.

5. Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. Whistling Cow's Guarantee of Satisfaction and Refund Policy

Whistling Cow recognizes the possibility that even after a free 30 day trial period a consumer may not be 100% satisfied with the purchase of our software.  We want you to be fully satisfied with our software.  In the event you request a refund of your purchase price within ten (10) days after your credit card account has been charged, you will get a full refund--provided only that you state the reason for your dissatisfaction and submit a signed statement indicating that the KronoLog program has been uninstalled from your computer.
