Whistling Cow recognizes the possibility that even after a free 30 day trial period a consumer may not be 100% satisfied with the purchase of our software. We want you to be fully satisfied with our software. In the event you request a refund of your purchase price within ten (10) days after your credit card account has been charged, you will get a full refund--provided only that you state the reason for your dissatisfaction and submit a signed statement indicating that the KronoLog program has been uninstalled from your computer.
